You will experience a unique training process applied to our youngest team members – ProCredit Onboarding Process At our modern training centres we provide accommodation and meals, in addition to your salary. We promise you outstanding trainers, stimulating discussion, and plenty of on-the-job training. After a 6-month onboarding period, you`ll be fully prepared to start developing your banking career in one of our branches or Head Office units.
